Matthew Matt James is a North Carolina native born on 5 December 1991. The son of Manny James as well as Patty James of mixed race. He is the son of Nigerian and his mother caucasian American. He graduated in 2010 from Sanderson High School. In 2015, he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics at Wake Forest University.
